__About ADM Appraisals__

          I started ADM Appraisals in 1985 after two years of experience working for an appraiser in Casper, Wyoming, and moved the business to Grand Junction, Colorado in 2002 to be closer to family.

          I think my best qualification for residential appraisals is my 30-plus years of experience with practically every size, condition, building material and value of residential property.  My other qualifications include:

  • Certified Appraiser in the State of Colorado for Residential Properties, #CR40026819

  • Governor Appointed Board Member to the State of Wyoming Appraisal Board.  First term July 1995 to July 1998; Second Term July 1998 to July 2001.  Served as Chair for final two years of the Second Term.

  • Member of Appraisal Panels for the Federal Housing Administration (FHA) and Veterans Administration (VA).

  • Ongoing Education in the Appraisal Field
